I don't think it is clear what you are asking.
The BOM of a material would not change since the BOM is based on quantities of components and is unaffected by price.
The standard cost of a finished product should not change automatically since by it's nature is classed as a standard cost for a given period of time. This would normally not change more than once in a month but many companies would only change once a year.

How can one get the BOM of a material to update automatically when the sub components are at a price control moving average price and the BOM or finished product is at price control Standard?
