You cannot post more than 499 items they have a credit and debit on the financial side of SAP and it will not post. more than a 1000 entries per accounting doc. restrict your postings to less than 450 to be on the safe side and keep on top of 999. I would also suggest a Continuous Inventory Process and a Business Process review to bring your warehouse under control

I do not understand why you will have thousands of items in 999. Is your stock management so bad in the warehouse that there will be so many differences posted? If LI21 is managed on a regular basis, you should not have this issue.
