[sap-log-mm] Problem Related to Excise MM?

Hi,

We have faced a problem in while doing utilization the user was unable to see the Service G/L's when he was utilizing for plant used for scrap.

For rest of all he can see the service G/L's, could you please explain me why is that. Also, I have checked all the excise settings and I was unable to find out any difference between this plant and other plants.

Please help me to understand what is the difference between this plant and other plant.
