Hi,

Did you check in SOST transaction to see if the e-mail was generated?. If it is not, then I guess you should discuss with your workflow specialist to review the workflow logic and/or coding.

Hi Developers,

I am using a Portal, and a mail.
In the portal I have "submit" and "check" buttons are there.
When I am declaring the approved/rejected reasons of a PR in the PORTAL.
It is not coming to the mail.
When I check the PR status ,the approved/rejected reasons text is showing ,but when I submit the PR, it is not coming to mail.
Please give me a reply as soon as possible.
