Solution by Ha tran is perfect. I have used that earlier.

You need to create a storage location--Repairable items-- and keep repairable items there--make this storage location as "exclude for MRP"

How can i set for not considering dependend requirements in MRP and just take independent requirments? I have a lot of sales and production orders that are affecting my MRP result and purchasing quantities
