How was your budget maintained in your system? Was it in terms of the contract or project network?. Did you raise your PO with reference to the budget?

If budget will be submitted in local currency and PO will be created in different currencies mainly euro, this timing difference may result over & budget exposure, can the FX change effect be traced separately in a system report?
