What do you mean "When we issued the PO for stock item"?. Have you had any follow on document for this particular PO line item?

Dear all,
We issued the PO (Vendor master is already Quadrem enabled and have a huge history of successful order transmission through Quadrem where it ticked the Confirmation control key-Non ASN MRP) but the Conf.Cont is greyed out when we issued the PO for Stock Item. The only difference in this order was the issuance against RFQ. Mostly we do it against requisition and requisition is linked with contract. The IDOC error I am getting is ORDRSP Confirmation control key missing for PO item & &

Do any one of you have idea about it?
