Sounds like the reports are correct. If they indicate 0. That means there is no further delivery or invoice required. As per your Me23n

Thanks, but when I check both ME2L/ME2N, both indicators are zero display. But upon checking PO status (M23N), there were GR/IR and delivered already.

Is there any t-code?
