Talk to your MM consultant for more details, but Standard versus Moving Average as a basis for valuation is really dependent on your accounting needs. As far as valuating a goods movement, that's controlled by the Pricing Control field in the material master (which reflects your decision on which one to use for valuation).

I am not the MM consultant but want to know few things:

1) If there are 10 Materials then to which materials we should assign the Standard Price and to whom we assign the Moving average price.

2) What are the stets for the goods movement and at which price the moves price gets calculated taking the standard and the moving price..
