Thanks Mathew, you are correct, the problem in Characteristics Values, when ever the PO Value is same as value mentioned in characteristics values then I can see release strategy on Release PO (ME29n),
But how to configure Values =>1000, unable to enter this, it is saying not a numeric value.

I want to configure Release strategy for Value equal or Above 1000/-, please let me know on this.

I have done release strategy configuration and assigned to Document type, Purch Org and Purch Group.
But when I tried to release PO (ME29N), I don't see any option of release.

Please let me know where exactly the error is.
