[sap-log-mm] Transfer Reject Stock Item from One Plant to Another Plant with a Different Company Code

We're processing casted iron product which we buy from outside through purchase order. Upon testing some items are not in good condition and instead of returning it to the supplier we opted to transfer these reject items to our other plant as they serve it as their raw materials. How to transfer reject items from plant to another plant with different company code? What transaction is best suited in this case?
