[sap-log-mm] How to Bill the Customer for Handling Charges while Doing PGR in the Warehouse

Scenario:

I am doing pgr for my customer. So, I am transporting the goods from sea port to my warehouse so I am accruing some charges like handling charges, transportation charges etc. So, my requirement is to bill the customer after the goods comes inside my warehouse.

Please help me out.
