MCBE carries consumption (both planned and unplanned), in both quantity and value, and average stock, among many other useful data about material movements. But it's an MM report and so doesn't carry moving average price of a material. This may not be a problem because a lot of the evaluations about material movement and consumption are reported by value as well as quantity. Try it to see if it can provide what you need. We made the same type of production changes re kanban a while ago and found that the data from this report was great help in evaluating our decision.

I would like to implement kanban practice at my plant. Before that I would like to see if it is really going to help to reduce inventory. So, I would like to material group detail info such as consumption, current stock & moving avg price in one report. Does anyone know such kind of report that will be available in SAP?
