T-code ME80FN allows you to select orders by PO item Confirmation Control and/or Delivery date, but the layout does not display these fields, so maybe not much use to you. You may need to build a query based on the PO tables - the essential ones are EKKO (PO Header) and EKPO (PO Item), but you may need other EKxx tables (e.g. EKET for scheduling agreements) according to your set up.

I need a transaction that would show the Confirmation Control (CC) and Delivery date fields in Confirmations tab on PO item level.

ME2N will not help and SE16 is not accessible to end users.
