You can also write your own program and use FM CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_WITHOUT_ED. You need to understand what makes up the object ID, but it will retrieve all the information about all of the changes, or just the ones you want to know about based on user, date, time,

I want to know what changes are done to a PO in the Header & Line Item wise. So in the table CDPOS what should be given in the change doc object , In Object Value. , Table name & field name.
One more thing i want to know all the technical name of all the fields which we have. Is there any Tcode or table name for it.
