Hi,
You can build your custom report extracting data from these tables. SAP does provide the standard program RSSCD100 which display change values from these tables for different object class such as purchase requisition, purchase order etc.....

I want to know what changes are done to a PO in the Header & Line Item wise. So in the table CDPOS what should be given in the change doc object , In Object Value. , Table name & field name.
One more thing i want to know all the technical name of all the fields which we have. Is there any Tcode or table name for it.
