Hi,

How did you view the release processor in ME23N transaction?. Was it directly through GOS ---> Workflow ---> Workflow Overview?

Hi all,

I assigned a new user B to release a PO which was done before by user A. I did this in SPRO release of PO->workflow->user. the assignment went well, however if user C views a PO using ME23N, in the processor column, the user id of user B will appear even in the POs that were released by user A.

My question is, is it possible to lock the user id of user A in all the POs that he approved so if displayed you can easily see who released the PO without checking the tables? If so, how can this be done?
