Go to su01 in authorisation movement types for one user only issue(261) movement fir create & change display all movement and form another same in place of receipt (101).

When you use a T-code and you want to know the missing object authorization. Run the transaction, when the error appears enter /oSU53. A report appears and shows you that it permission object is missing.
Transmit a copy to the SAP administrator so that it can give you access to the object.
