You will need to make the auditors aware that the smartform was changed
after MD1. Therefore because SAP always prints out the latest smartform,
all previous PO's will be printed with MD2 signature.

Hi Satish,

The reason for this question is that the current MD2, gets concerned that this issue might be a finding by auditors, therefore an Audit Query. How can i convince him because i said exactly what you said to him that SAP will always print the current version of the smartform irrespective of whether PO's were created in his abscence?
