Checking DCI does NOT trigger payments. This is borne out by my experience.
Did you mean it would reset commitments by any chance?

If you check the delivery complete box, it would trigger the payment to be made, hence it would become a issue, hence, deleting would be the correct method, as the budgetted cost would return back to the respective spend areas. |
