[sap-log-mm] Can't Distribute Invoice with Different Amount from Planned Delivery Cost

Hi experts,
Please, your help.
As part of MIRO configuration it's set "How Unplanned Delivery Costs Are Posted"as "Distribute among invoice items".

I tested MIRO when add unplanned delivery cost to invoice. It distributes costs among invoice items when it is the material/service invoice, but not when it is a planned delivery cost invoice. I need it works in both cases.

Is this part of the standard Configuration or I'm doing something wrong?

I would like to know what to do in this case, my user refuses to modify positions manually.
