Hi HT,

Will it be any impact if the Plant A stop to use the purchasing grp 1, and Plant B start to use purchasing group 1?

Another question, is there any possibility to disable all the PO printout created by this user? I have checked it cant control by authorization. Any idea how can I disable the printing instead of manually delete the message?

We want to setup a new printer and looking for an option to assign this new printer to one of the combination, but I have a problem because all the combinations are sharing with other plants. For example, using the same purchasing group or purs org. We are thinking to ask plant A make use of existing purchasing group which is currently use by plant B, will it be workable?

Is there any impact if we assign this new printer to the purchasing group and advise plant B stop using the purchasing group. What is the actual usage of purchasing group?
