Sir,

I have already checked that but it seems it does not work. After making it as a required field it allows to create rfq independently.

Please advice on what could be the problem?

Have you checked the Screen field status for RFQ creation to ensure that PR is a required field under the RFQ creation transaction?
I would start there first.
