When you make all the three items to same item it goes for release. In this case check the characteristic which is associated with material number. In this case check is this the same case if you use any other material number. If no release is getting triggered with other material number, then simply go the characteristic associated with material no. and delete the value under the value tab. this may solve the problem. now create the po and check once again.

transportable.

They can be send to diff clients through ALE which I have no idea.

What I did was to configure directly in production client though trans
CL24N - Class Assignments. This solved my problem of release strategies
