Hi,
When you are on version 4.6C and lower you can use ME2N report with Scope of List option ALLES or you can design your own Scope of List in customization which will track PO changes only. We used this in our old system.
Once you are on 4.7 and higher with ALV output ME2N output will not work for you as before. And as HT said you have to build your own Z report. We do it now same way for mass PO changes check.
If you want to check POs one by one you can use ME23N or run ME2N get PO list and click one by one selecting all the time Environment/Item changes to see Delivery date, Price and qty changes.
Don't know how many POs you have to check so decide if it worth to develop or standard transaction is enough.

Is there any Tcode from where I can download all changes made to the PO. I want to know especially changes made to the delivery date, PO Price & PO Quantity. By giving the Input of PO numbers.
