Hi,

In Current org also we are facing the same problems. In fact we are asking
our vendors to alter the bill and send back according to our value as it's
having effect on service tax and all, hence I asked how it can be resolved
and if elaborated will be helpful.

What HT has suggested is one option and many companies use this method,
another option is to use limits and then limit the service to a certain
amount. How important are commitments to you?
