TroyP Have you tried creating roles and assigning users to roles. This way you can differentiate between the ordinary user under one role and the super user under another role. It is normal practice (and good practice) to control the access rights of users when they change departments and therefore roles. The access rights and screen functions (e.g. MM01, MM02, MM03) are then set at role level and not at the user level.

We have been using a system variant under logistic-material master- configure the material master-Maintain user settings. This process is a bit troublesome as people move arround and leave the department. We would like to just assign the custom t-code limiting the end-users screen access. Anyone had experience with this? | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
