Am not very good at SQVI but just looking for SAP std. option to get detailed list for MR51 just as MB51. Anyways, your reply is valuable.

I already have user parameter ME_USE_GRID in my user profile but still it does not display MR51 in ALV Grid.

I usually use queries to do that.
In your case you need only BSIM and MAKT tables.

Run SQVI transaction code
Choose the link query (not the table one)
In query painter, enter BSIM table
Then enter MAKT table (the link is set by itself)

Then back

Check everything in BSIM table (or according to your needs)
Check MAKT-SPRAS (for the tongue)
and MAKT-MAKTX (for material description)

Save, and run :)
