[sap-log-mm] Removing Delivery Dates from the zone

Can 2 different value be used for time fence or firm zone for adding or removing delivery dates from the zone

There are two different firming requirements for my case.
1.) Let's say: first time fence or firm period is 24 days and MRP should not make any change withing this period
2.) Let's say second time fence is 72 days, mrp can delete or postpone the delivery dates from this period but cannot increase the quantity / cannot add new delivery dates.
I mean I can decrease the total quantity ordered in this period, but I cannot increase it.
First increase can be put to the 73rd day.

Is there a way to do this?
