[sap-log-mm] How to restrict certain PO doc types to certain vendors?

I have 2 different PO doc types

1. ZABC- for domestic procurement

2. ZPQR- For import procurement

How can I restrict the use of PO doc type ZPQR only to import vendors (e.g Vendor A)
