[sap-log-mm] Cost Center Assigned on GR for PO with Account Assignment P - Project

Hi experts,

Need your kind advice or suggestion what to check as the root cause of below case:
Cost Center is assigned on GR posting for PO with Account Assignment P - Project.
Since on standard SAP behavior, GR for PO with Acct Assignment P - Project should only be assigned to WBS element as the cost object.

The PO consists of 3 items where all of them are assigned with acct. assignment 'P' to the SAME WBS ELEMENT and GL Account (for example XXXXX)
PO item 1 and 2 assigned to materials with the same valuation class (3050)
PO item 3 to material with another valuation class (3100)

The GR result is as following:
For PO item 1: no cost center assigned
For PO item 2: cost center A assigned
For PO item 3: cost center B assigned

I've performed below checking:
1. OKB9 - No default cost center for GL Account XXXXX
2. Cost Element Master Data - KA03 for GL Account XXXXX : assigned to default cost center B
3. No substitution (GGB1) applied
4. From Controlling perspective, the posting result to cost center are statistical posting only
