Now this seems Controlling Area setting.
OKKP component active .. not sure which component.
Maybe "from" Fiscal Year issue.

GM. I am unable to process Sales Order. Please help me.
The error details are:
Control indicators for controlling area LINC do not exist
Message no. KI102
Diagnosis
No control indicators exist in fiscal year 2011 for controlling area LINC.
System Response
No further processing is possible without valid control indicators in the controlling area.
Procedure
Check your entries or define control indicators for controlling area LINC, fiscal year 2011 in configuration. Make sure that the fiscal year in the control indicators is a "from" fiscal year.
