Agree with DaveT re table MARC and SQVI or SQ01, although, like us, it sounds like you're very 'lean' in your SAP management and Admin, and maybe don't have that access / skill. We have a simple query joining the key material master data tables together, set up on 'Z' T-code, as a master data checker.

Re mass changing MRP1 data , we do this via T-Code MASS and object BUS1001 (which is "material (industry)"- there is also "materials (retail)") . MASS allows mass chnages to several master data objects - materials, vendors, customers, PIRs, sales orders, POs, PRs, etc. so you need to be careful who has it and with what authorisations. The version just for material master mass change is available as T-code MM17.

You need to be careful with the selection set up in the mass change transaction, but by doing this carefully and aligning the materials and their fields required for change with a spreadsheet of field content, it makes mass change very easy.

MRP1 view or is there a table that can do this? I would like to know what
figures are against each field to amend reorder point, max etc. I don't
