If you are working with Handling Unit Management you can use the HUMO transaction for this.

Steps to do:
1. Fill in the batch and/or material in Contents tab--> Execute
2. Select the material you want to regularize (is that book to unrestricted or ....?)
3. Via Edit you go to "Change HU posting" and make there the choice that's suitable for you.
