Unfortunately no direct answers winch led to a solution. Meanwhile also in touch with Unilever and Kraft foods how the have solved this. 'll keep you posted.

Is there anyone in the area of masterdata who can help me out on the registration of drained weight in SAP? We are looking for a solution to have nett weight (e.g. olives in brine e.g. 250 gram) next to drained weight (olives e.g. 180 gram). The registered gross weight is 290 gram (can+olives+brine). Looking forward to your suggestions.
