Try checking "Closed" in the Quantities/dates tab. We have a similar issue since puting in a change to disallow changes to PRs after conversion to POs.

I have a PR that was refused by the Approver. This requisition has a material number. I can not delete or block the PR item. But the PR still appears in MD04 Stock/Requirements List.

Any suggestions
