Hi anh Ha, If I turn the message to error status, system will totally block us from creating PO/contract with that vendor/material. Did I understand you well? My question is we already flagged the info record to deletion. Why does system still concern such info record's data at contract level? Thanks, Huong

But when I create a contract by such vendor/material, the system alert a warning message about info record deleted, but it still keep copying the data (delivery % tolerance) from Info Record to Contract. It does not copy the data from Material master to Contract as we expect since info record expired. Why does it behave like that? And how can we prevent that? I checked with PO. It's totally different. Warning message issued and data is copied from Material master. It doesn't consider deleted Info record. Thanks for your advice, Huong | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N. Scottsdale Road Suite 280, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 | | _.____.__ |
