Hi David, It would be nice to know if you are using WM including HU-management. If that would be a yes then the warehouse guys are operating in the "old" way and are adding a CHEP pallet to the outbound delivery at the departing plant. In case you are creating a STO via ME21N (Type UB) than you should be able to see a delivery reference in the confirmation tab on line item (might be clickable or else use VL33N). In that delivery you will see the packing details via Shift+F6 or pressing the Box icon. Over there your CHEP pallet has to be visible, if not visible there it would be a strange situation. In case you have included the pallet in BOM you might also take a look at your CS03 and check if the CHEP pallet is still there. It might be the case that your EDI outbound message (INVOIC or DESADV) is pulling data from that side. Regards, Toon

This line is not part of the original STO transaction. Perhaps it is a default setting with the outbound delivery note? If so, we would like to change this setting because our STO's have recently changed to ship on slip sheets (cost savings). The only setting I see as a possibility is the "TRANS GROUP" setting in the delivery note header screen. Has anyone run across this before? | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
