Hi

1. The first question I am not clear, but through CS03 Transaction we can
see weather material is having BOM or not and by checking the version we
can see weather it is Sales BOM or Prod.BOM.

2. We can see a material is used in any BOM or not.

Just go to MM03 - give your Material code -- display it - go to Environment
tab -- Product Structure -- Where used List . It will display all the BOMs
where this material is used.

Kindly check and let me know is the above is correct or not.
