[sap-log-mm] Usage (Consumption) is not recorded for special stock for movement types

I have reviewed transaction OMJJ for movement types. Two movement types, 601 and 641, are both set to capture consumption posting. One is set to G, one is set to R. Neither setting is capturing the transactions associated with the special stock indicator (E), as these totals do not post to the table in MVER.
How can I configure to enable the capture of these items?
How can i update MVER with the correct information?
