Yes it is possible. Once a PO is rejected, a workflow message will be sent
to the creators sap inbox informing him/her of the rejection. The creator
then has the option to( these are customised) either - cancel the rejection,
fix whatever is wrong and re submit for approval or he can delete the PO
line item.
