[sap-log-mm] How to close an open purchase requisition not converted to PO

Hello,

I need some advice. I have the following problem:

I have some open old Purchase Requisitions in the system, which were created by a Sales and Distribution Document. The status of the PR is "Not edited" which could mean that the PR was not converted into a PO or the link to the PO is missing.

Because of the PR was created by S&D Document, I cannot delete the respective position lines and neither set the close flag in "Quantities/Dates".

When I check the status of the S&D Document, there are two possibilities:
1) the delivery status is on "fully delivered" and the overall status is complete
2) there are open quantities, but the S&D document is about 4 years old, so that it might be that those open positions are needles.

I know there is no single answer on my question, I am focusing on the case, when the PR was not converted to a PO, or the link to a PO is missing but the status of the S&D Document is completed.
