Hi,

I have created stock with MB1C for a particular plant and material for 100 litres by giving batch no as 0000000 and storage location as 0001.

By default the system took posting date and document date as 5.8.11 (date of creation ) but then it gave an error that posting possible only in july....so I changed the posting and document date to 5.7.11 and then I was able to post the material document..

I used movement type 561 and somehow i selected the option, Of posting to restricted stock... So when I see the stock in MMBE, it shows as 100 liters but as restricted stock.

then i created four sales orders for the same material/plant and the system confirmed the qty in sales order(before doing 561 posting, stock was not confirmed in sales order ) and then i created the delivery for 20 litres each separately for the sales orders .But i did not do the PGI for these two deliveries.

Now in order to do PGI, I need to move stock from restricted to unrestricted stock and so again Iam doing a transfer posting with movement type 343 for the same material/batch/plant/storage location for 100 litres . The system gives message that the receiving batch will be same as the batch no 0000000.

I am giving posting date /document date as 5.7.11 but the system is not doing transfer posting to unrestricted and the system gives error message

"Deficit of BA Blocked 100 L , material no,plant no, batch no "

I am not able to understand why this is so. I have also changed the posting/document dates to 5.8.11 but still the error remains the same.
