Users can create their own layouts and save them in that screen. Although security could be an issue, it's unlikely that individual fields have been eliminated from a user's screen. I would make sure that the layout they have is not something they created themselves. - Lou

Could anybody tell me why the layout is one way on some users and different on others. We have looked at the layout option and everything matches between the users. We can find nothing different but when in the Purchase order history tab they open up different. |
