[sap-log-mm] Why doesn't the vendor number appear in tables KOND, KONV, and KONP?

I am trying to get a list of all vendors that have condition records, in particular "scales". The tables have the fields "LIFNR" but they are not populated. I know I have condition records for 100's of vendors but the vendor fields are not populated. Any ideas why they are not populated?
