[sap-log-mm] Expenses Cost Not Loading on FOC Import of Material

We have a scenario where we get free of cost through import vendor.

There is no material cost involved as it is free of cost. We are paying customs, freight & cha to get the parts. I also want to book the Expenses cost which is incurred to the material cast.
