[sap-log-mm] Delivery - why SAP picking only 180 qty

I have Created A STO of gift Voucher Article of 200 Qty But when we
created delivery of this STO its pick only 180 Qty. I saw stock through
ZATP its show 482 Qty is balance. Please help me why SAP picking only 180
Qty.
