Letter from the Editor: Agile Maintenance and Support
In an era of a complex IT landscapes, application lifecycle management is important enough to warrant a constellation of best practices, tools, methodologies, and services. I'm happy to report that SCN plays an important role here by connecting our members to a global support backbone that includes systematic cross-linking between SCN, SAP Help portal, Service Marketplace, and SAP EcoHub.

Lean IT is achieved only when tools, methodology, information, and support come together and the entire team runs under "one version of the truth." Learn more about the role of software support and maintenance in streamlining operations. Watch Tom DiAntonio's highly-rated demo Getting Started with SAP Enterprise Support.

Sincerely,

Keith Elliott
Editor-in-Chief
