However, the requirement is different in this case:

Current scenario

User needs a check box control over the work orders as to whether these receipts of hard copies are duly signed-in by the vendors, for received/ not received status and the same should reflect while doing service entry sheet

One possible solution as per my knowledge,

We can not make use of this case from the existing transaction; ML81N
Because
Here, user wants the confirmation by receipts of hard copies and these are being maintained in the system explicitly in excel files; Based on this maintained records user requires control over the work orders for service entries
Such requirement may be met with user exit for ML81N, i.e,

SRVESSR Set entry sheet header data

Where we can include the condition to check the Z-Table (To be maintained) and perform.

For that, the excel sheet maintained data is to be uploaded into the Z-Table as and when required

As per the condition, it executes and does the service entry sheets for those work orders already acknowledged
If work order is not acknowledged, we can give a pop-up message for being unprocessed due to non-receipt of order acknowledgement.

I would need your help if this would be a possible solution , if not kindly give your valuable inputs.

Hi Venu,

Firstly, it is not the standard practice that the work order hard copy is sent to the vendor for acceptance as it does not represents for the legal commitment of the company to the vendor (it is the purchase order that plays this role). Therefore, I would suggest you to re-visit your current business process for revision.
