Hi Ha Tran,

Can't use service ID, we did not configure to use service ID. The PO is not linked to PR, its linked to the contract. Slow response happens only during PO creation when we click on check button before saving.

Hi Nicole,

Did you try to use different service ID in the same contract line item?. Did you get the same problem in this particular case?. As I said before that I did not get any system performance issue in my current system even though we used hierarchical service specification and same service ID in the same contract line item. The only issue was that when converting the service PR into PO via ME59N, SAP picked up the wrong service line item price.
